that I’m not grateful for my job.

No really. I know that sounds disingenuous, but it’s the truth.
At this point, I can’t imagine doing anything else and while some days can be a bit, ahem, stressful, I almost always find myself feeling great about my day.
I love helping my clients even when I’m behind the scenes making things come together on their behalf.
I sell peace of mind and security. I don’t think there’s anything better to sell.
My agency is in Beacon, New York and it’s a terrific, fast-growing town that is home to artisans of all kinds, folks that wanted to escape the “big city” (aka New York City), and “regular people” that grew up in or near the town.
I’m incredibly lucky that my agency is conveniently located (Route 52) and I have a birds-eye view of the comings and goings of our robust community. Some of my customers even come in just to say hello and that makes my day.

Meet Justina
Truth be told, I never imagined I’d be the owner of an Allstate agency. My path getting to this point was certainly circuitous, with multiple stops along the way including degrees in nursing and an MBA.
Both of these earlier careers, and the knowledge I gained in both, have proven to be helpful in my ability to provide core value to my Allstate clients especially when they have to file a claim or make sense of the medical exam. This broad perspective is invaluable, and I feel provides my clients with the added security they need.
When not in the office working with my team and our clients, I can be found up to my elbows in flour (I love to bake) or dirt (gardening is a passion), or looking at new recipes to try for our weekly Sunday dinner.
I have many other hobbies (biking, horseback riding, and skiing), but most of my spare time is reserved for my 2 sons and my husband. Family time is precious to me and my sons and husband are what keeps me going on days that can feel overwhelming. I’m also a “pet-Mom” and have three shih-tzus that round out our family.
Community is important to me and I am proud to support the United Way of the Dutchess - Orange Region and its efforts to fight for the health, education, and financial stability of the residents in our area. I have received Good Hands Grants for the Newburgh Ministry and we are a drop off for hygiene, clothing, and home supplies for the homeless and low-income shelter.
I’m also a member of the Allstate New York State Advisory Board where I advocate for issues important to my clients.

Ashley Wade
Ashley is our Office Manager, has been with our agency 8 years and is our retention specialist. Fun fact: she had one of the highest P&C Test Scores at Allstate! Ashley has 2 cats- Nelly and Leo, plays in a Volleyball league, loves to hike, attend country music concerts, and is an avid NY Yankees Baseball fan. She earned a bachelor‘s degree in business management with a minor in psychology.
Amanda Izold
My background is in hospitality which has allowed me to gain years of experience in customer satisfaction. I never thought I would love to talk about insurance but here I am! I specialize in reviewing policies for accuracy. I love teaching customers about personal umbrella policies and life insurance policies. I enjoy being outdoors, working out, whether in a gym or on the trials. I have 2 brothers and the most amazing parents, I can't wait to help you with your insurance needs.
Rebecca Dushaj
Rebecca has been with our agency for 2 years and is our office processor. Fun fact: her high school radio script won a contest and was played on the radio . Rebecca loves animals and kids, loves to work out and try new restaurants. Rebecca has a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Lauren Squires
I have 13 years of insurance experience. 11 years I spent in the life and financial industry of Allstate and then in 2020, I transitioned to the property & casualty side which I love! I truly enjoy changing customers lives by fixing their insurance policies to help see their assets are protected. When I am not helping customers, I am spending quality time with my 5 siblings, nieces and nephews. I have a sweet Shorkie named Chewbacca. I love to camp and hike in the Summer as well as travel! I'm also a pastorial counselor. I look forward to speaking to you!
